Customers requiring assistance

Customers requiring a personal assistant may book a ticket for their assistant free of charge.

Pakkahuone (Old Customs House) and Klubi

Pakkahuone and Klubi are easily accessible by wheelchair: You can drive your car to the Pakkahuone main entrance (facing the railway station). When you enter, you will find the cloakroom and accessible toilets. From there you can take the elevator up to the concert hall. When entering Klubi, please use the ramp facing Itsenäisyydenkatu. Klubi has an accessible toilet.

Tampere Cathedral

The church hall and the street-level facilities are barrier-free.
Accessible entrance is in Rautatienkatu. The ramp is available during the event if necessary.
Accessible toilet is located in the church hall at the back of the left side as seen from the main entrance (Size: approx. 1.7 x 1.7 m.). The church hall is equipped with an induction loop system. Guide dogs are welcome.

Children's Cultural Centre Rulla

Children's Cultural Centre Rulla is wheelchair accessible, (it has a small threshold) and there is also an accessible toilet.

Tampere Hall

The entrance lobby features an elevator which goes to all floors of Tampere Hall. There is also another elevator at the other end of the main lobby. Groups in need of assistance are kindly requested to contact lobby staff (recognizable by their blue jackets) for assistance, preferably in advance on tel. +358 (0)3 243 4111. Accessible toilets are available on the ground floor and the basement level. The basement level can be reached with elevators A fixed induction loop system is available for hearing aid users in the Main and Small Auditoriums of Tampere Hall.

Tampere Main Library Metso

Disabled parking space in front of the building. When entering Metso, please use the ramp. There is also an accesible toilet and an elevator. The wheelchair can be borrowed from the main floor.
